Neeshtout Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Neeshtout, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our apparel products. Due to hygiene standards and the nature of online clothing retail, our return periods are intentionally limited.

Our return window is 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.

  • All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt) is required.

  • Item must be free of odours, stains, pet hair, deodorant, makeup, or marks.

Items failing any of the above will be rejected and returned at the customer’s cost.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, shapewear

  • Socks

  • Headwear (beanies, caps, bucket hats, etc.)

  • Accessories touching skin or hair

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, email info@neeshtout.co.za with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

  • Packaging and attached tags visible

Issues reported after 48 hours cannot be processed due to verification limitations.


5. Partial Refunds or Rejections

We may provide partial refunds or reject the return entirely if:

  • The item shows signs of wear

  • Packaging or tags are missing

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • The return is sent after the 7-day window

  • The return was sent without approval

  • The item is not received or arrives damaged due to improper packaging


6. Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our facility (after being pre-approved), we inspect it within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.

If rejected, we will notify you. The item can be returned to you at your cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not reflected:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items and only for the same product (subject to availability).

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit once the return is approved.

If the purchaser did not mark the item as a gift, the refund will be issued to them directly.


10. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Neeshtout is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels.

Because we operate without a public physical storefront, our return shipping address will be provided only after a return request is approved via email.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
